Samedi 26 janvier, à 14h00, Anu Karoliina vous propose un après-midi spécial Yoga Pranala.
Yoga Pranala is a gentle embodied Yoga Flow that includes a serie of Balinese hand mudras to enhance the movement of prana, the natural life force, in the body. In this practice we open ourselves fully on how yoga FEELS within you, instead of focusing on the usual outer aspects of yoga. Yoga Pranala will take you into seamless connection with your breath, movement and your flow. Most importantly it offers a deep loving connection with yourself, bringing vitality and nourishment to your whole being.
Yoga Pranala is originated from Balinese healer’s traditions, formulated together as a yoga practice by Linda Madani Grondin as a consummation of her decades of studies with famous Balinese healer Tjokorda Gede Rai. Anu Karoliina is an authorized Yoga Pranala teacher.
Yoga Pranala is a gentle class and accessible to all levels. You are warmly welcome exactly as you are!
